Fall/Halloween wood crafts

I finally have a different holiday on here...YAY!!! The Fall season is actually my favorite time of year, and I am just getting around to it. Geez...I have been such a slacker. Oh well, here are some of the crafts I have done for the season.

This wreath is made of burlap, and glue...so easy! I found it from Craftily Ever After. She did such a good job on hers, I thought I would try it. Glad I did!

Next are these 2x4 pumpkins I have seen on plenty of blogs. They were pretty fun to do. I have seen some with scrapbook paper mod podged on to them , which have turned out way cute, but I thought I would go for the simple look. I can use them from Sept-Nov which makes it nice so I don't have to replace it with another craft until Christmas. This 3 dimensional pumpkin is my own. I just started cutting wood and I thought it would be cute to layer the pumpkin. So the middle slat lays on top of the outside ones, secured with wire. They turned out so cute!! I would suggest putting it on the front door, but it's actually kinda heavy where it bounces on the door. So, I found a cute place in the house for this little one!

I love this little Scarecrow...isn't he so dang cute??? This one was fun to make. I just got a piece of 2x scrap, cut into the square block for the head, and cut the rest out of scrap wood. He is so much fun to have around, his cute face makes me smile!!!

The RIP and Candy Corn I bought at Wood Creations and dolled them up. Halloween is so fun to decorate for. I might have to go back and see what else they might have!!
